Please note, all sales are final. Plans are not sent on approval. We do not give refunds or credits, however in the case of blueprints, you may exchange your plan for another one in our collection provided you do so within 60 days of the date of the original invoice. Vellums or Reproducible Masters are NOT refundable and CANNOT be exchanged. In view of the foregoing, it is the purchasers responsibility to carefully check your lot size, check for easements, sideyards, setbacks, zoning, design controls etc. before purchasing your plan. Prices are subject to change without notice. Plans on this web site are as they appear—no changes. Additional print price will apply only if additional prints are ordered within 30 days of the original order. Sorry, no COD’s. Plans are copyright protected. Purchaser hereby agrees that the home plan construction drawings being purchased will not be resold or used for the construction of more than one single dwelling, and that these drawings will not be reproduced in whole or in part by any means whatsoever.

As local conditions vary greatly, it is impractical to design stock plans to meet all site and code (national, provincial, state and/or local code(s)) requirements. The design loads and criteria are clearly specified on our plans. Should unusual local snow, wind and seismic loads, inadequate soil bearing pressure or other severe site or weather conditions be encountered, or because the plans incorporate unique structural features not specifically dealt with in the aforementioned codes, or where such codes refer the design to a structural engineer, building authorities may request that a local structural and/or geotechnical engineer be consulted. If such a service or report is required this is the responsibility of the customer to provide.

(dba Westhome Planners) and Associates is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Wesplan Building Design Inc. and Associates even if Wesplan and Associates has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Wesplan Building Design Inc. and/or Associate of record prior to the use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Wesplan Building Design Inc., Wesplan’s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the purchase price paid for Wesplan Building Design Inc. and/or Associates product.
