Capture the View As lakeside and oceanfront sites become increasingly scarce, many of the available leftover sites present a variety of challenges: they are small and the view is often difficult to capture. This livable plan provides a solution to these difficulties. At just 30 feet wide, it includes a single-car garage, three bedrooms, and a “reverse” two-story design that seizes the view.
